Develop, Improve, and Update Cobotte Services

We constantly develop new technologies to improve our services. We may add or remove features, increase or decrease service limits, start offering new services or stop old ones, and provide automatic updates for downloadable software.

If we make material changes negatively impacting your use, we'll provide reasonable advance notice (except for urgent situations like security issues).

8. USING COBOTTE SERVICES

Services are executed according to the mutually signed project proposals. Any additions or revisions will be governed by scope change procedures.

9. CONTENT IN COBOTTE SERVICES

Your Content

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content, media, branding, and assets you provide to Cobotte Solutions. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display your content solely for the purpose of building and maintaining your digital assets.

Cobotte Content

All pre-existing code libraries, UI layout patterns, software frameworks, design motifs, and tools owned by Cobotte Solutions remain our proprietary property. Upon final payment, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use these embedded tools as part of your completed project.

10. SOFTWARE IN COBOTTE SERVICES

When our services involve downloadable software or custom-developed applications, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our software or reverse-engineer its source code unless permitted by law or with our written permission.

Any third-party libraries or open-source software incorporated into the deliverables are subject to their respective open-source or proprietary licenses.

11. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Structure

  • Deposit required before project commencement
  • Final payment upon project completion before deployment
  • Maintenance/services: Monthly or yearly billing
  • All prices subject to applicable taxes
  • Late payments incur 2% monthly interest

Project Quotations

Final quotations provided after understanding project scope, business objectives, functionality requirements, integrations, security requirements, and support needs. Prices serve as general guidelines and vary based on project complexity.

12. PROJECT TIMELINE

Delivery Estimates

Timelines vary by project type:

  • Smaller projects: 7–14 business days
  • Medium projects: 2–5 weeks
  • Enterprise projects: Based on project scope

Timeline Factors

Timelines may be affected by:

  • Client feedback delays

  • Third-party dependencies

We communicate timeline changes transparently and promptly.

13. IN CASE OF PROBLEMS OR DISAGREEMENTS

Warranties & Guarantees

We build using modern engineering standards and guarantee:

  • Clean, secure code following security best practices
  • Sub-3 second page speed optimizations
  • 30-day post-launch bug fixing warranty

We do not guarantee search engine ranking placements or fixed visitor/lead counts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cobotte Solutions' liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including data loss or business interruptions.

Dispute Resolution

In case of a disagreement, both parties agree to first enter a 30-day negotiation period. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation or under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kanayannur, Kerala, India.

14. SERVICE MAINTENANCE

Maintenance Plans

Maintenance plans include ongoing support:

  • Monthly updates and security monitoring

15. PROJECT CHANGES & TERMINATION

Scope Changes

All revisions to deliverables require a written scope change agreement, which may adjust timelines and pricing.

Termination Rules

Either party may terminate the engagement with 15 days' written notice. Deposits are non-refundable after design/code commencement. Client must pay for all completed work up to the termination date.

16. ABOUT THESE TERMS

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Severability: If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully enforceable.
  • Updates: We may amend these terms from time to time by posting updates on our site.
